Randall has been active in several projects in Africa since 2012. Working with others in the maritime industry, he has been working on Charter Marine International since 2019. Randall has worked in financial services for over 20 years, the last 13 of them both as a software entrepreneur and as a business development entrepreneur to grow promising business concepts. After 5 years in credit risk management at Barclays Capital, he worked in various aspects of the equity brokerage industry. By co-founding a fintech company in 2001 and selling it in 2005, he gained knowledge and appreciation of the funding cycle of startup businesses. He holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of New York. As a lifelong boater, Charter Marine International has been a labor of love to work with boats having himself restored a 13 meter classic wooden powerboat.
