LEASE PURCHASE OF NEW VESSEL

Members of the team at Charter Marine International have worked in management positions at shipyards and know intimately the steps around constructing a new vessel - from planning, keel laying, to launching and class certifications. CMI will work with the shipyard and vessel operator company to provide the guarantees required for the shipyard to confidently proceed in completing the vessels required. CMI will then hold title to the vessels during the lease period ensuring that the loan used during construction is repaid over a set period.
